Gain balance and core strength as you lengthen and lean your entire body. A stimulating series of flowing postures that will challenge your stamina and strength. This class designed to sculpt, lengthen, and challenge different muscle groups. We begin by appropriately warming the body to transition into more intense and dynamic movements. Props, including blocks, and weights will be integrated into class.
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
