Service Description
Nourish & Restore is a gentle, adaptable yoga class designed for individuals who are rebuilding their health and wellness, as well as caregivers supporting loved ones with cancer. Through accessible yoga postures, mindful breathing, and relaxation techniques, you’ll explore ways to support strength, flexibility, balance, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of calm and presence. Each class is thoughtfully adapted to your individual health and physical capabilities, creating a safe and fulfilling yoga experience. Led by a Certified Yoga Viniyoga Therapist Come as you are. Move at your own pace. Nourish your body. Restore your balance. Reconnect with yourself.
Cancellation Policy
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
