The emphasis in this class will be on longer, static holds, as there is less flow-based movement and more depth in each asana. You will go through a combination of standing, seated and lying postures that will challenge balance, strength and flexibility. Explore the postures in greater detail & learn additional classical postures. You’ll also learn a new Vinyasa flow sequence that will challenge your heart rate and build overall strength.
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
