Service Description

Enjoy an active style of yoga, which links poses together in a fluid manner with the breath brings a perfect balance of energy and calm to the body and mind. You will move through creative sequences based on themes and alignment principles.

Cancelation Policy

No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
