At CYI, our Breath & Back Yoga class combines conscious, deep breathing with gentle movement to effectively release tension, support spinal health, and alleviate back pain. Ideal for all levels, this practice fosters a deeper connection between breath and movement, enhancing overall well-being. Join us to cultivate balance, flexibility, and a stronger back while embracing a supportive yoga community.
Cancellation Policy
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
