A meditative, slow, quiet, yet challenging practice that works to target the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Postures are held for long periods (3-7 minutes) which gives the body an opportunity to open and release deep tension and relaxing your muscles.
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
