The best way to end the weekend. Come flow with us and enjoy the beautiful Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden! This class is suitable for all levels, You will leave the class feeling refreshed, relaxed and inspired to start the week.

Cancelation Policy

No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
