Join us at CYI for a fun and high-energy Pop HIITS rebounding class! This fast-paced interval workout is set to pop hits and will get your heart pumping. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or just starting out, this class is perfect for all levels. Get ready to bounce and sweat your way to a healthier you!
Cancellation Policy
No problem! We ask that you cancel a minimum of 2 hours prior to your scheduled class time to avoid any penalties. Use our Fit by Wix App to cancel. No shows and classes cancelled within the 2-hour window will be deducted 1 class on punch passes and $10 charge for unlimited members. All cancellations must be made online and CANNOT be made over the phone or by email.
